‍

We will provide limited commentary since the document speaks for itself. This is part of a document which was presented to the members of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, House Committee on Natural Resources including the Sub Committee on Indigenous People. Likewise it was also presented to the Secretary of Interior, The Under Secretary of Interior and the President of the United States. None of which every responded to The Chickamauga Nation concerning the document.

‍

‍

We do have in our possession each of the first hand documents including the hand written copies if they exist.

‍

‍

7 Stat 18 is the Treaty where the Chickamauga are placed under the jurisdiction of the United States thus making us Federally Recognized in accordance with the Howard Wheeler Act (Indian Reorganization Act) 1934

‍

‍

Notice how many of the signatories were actually Lower Town Chickamauga

‍

‍

ALL 20 SIGNERS of 7 Stat 478 were Lower Town Chickamauga, NOT cherokee.

‍

‍

We have retained the courtroom, sworn testimonies of soldiers applying for pensions admitting to being paid by the United States government to commit genocide and ethnic cleansing specifically against the Chickamauga

‍

‍

George Washington identities the Chickamauga and their lands, the five Lower Town on the Tennessee River. Thanks for admitting that we held title to those lands in accordance with US law.

‍

‍

It is true, the Chickamauga declared war on the United States for violating Every Treaty signed into statute

‍

‍

It is ethnic cleansing for one group of people to intentionally misidentify another group of people so as to try to destroy their identity.

‍

‍

There really is no excuse for the Federal government to refuse to place The Chickamauga Nation on the List.

‍

Contact your State and Federal Representatives and Senators and ask them why The Chickamauga Nation is not on the List. Maybe write to the President, Vice President, Secretary of Interior, and Assistant Secretary of Interior and as them why The Chickamauga Nation is not on the List. ‍

A great beginning would be for the states of Georgia, Tennessee, Arkansas, and Oklahoma to provide state recognition to the Chickamauga Nation since we had Treaty lands in those states. Those same Treaties which still provide The Chickamauga Nation with Trust Rights to hunt, fish, and gather. If you live in those states, maybe you begin asking your state leadership to provide recognition to The Chickamauga Nation.
