Three of our National Executive Chiefs and hundreds of our Citizens have one of our family lines that goes back to Jamestown, Virginia. Our ancestor was born in 1547 and his name was, Tsenacommacahin. Most know him by his Anglicized name, King Powhatan.
How is that for a bunch of Fakes, Frauds and Wannabees?(Sarcasm intended)
That was still about 800 years after the Southeast Ceremonial Mound Culture emerged in the Mississippi River Bottoms where other lines of our families began. How do we know? Archaeology is how we know. History is how we know. Artifacts is how we know. The Tiscamogee (Chickamauga) are a major part of the Ceremonial Mound Complex culture and religion. The factual archaeology, history, and anthropology demonstrates our existence even if the United States refuses to acknowledge us as being here.
Here are some historical events which took place after we were known to be here on this continent between 600 and 800 AD.
1. 768 AD – Charlemagne found the Holy Roman Empire
2. 793 AD – Vikings first attack England
3. 802 AD – Angkor/Khmer Empire founded by King Jayavarman and adopted Hinduism
4. 1066 AD – William the Conqueror takes England
5. 1095 AD – First Crusade
6. 1185 AD – Japan comes under the rule of its first shogun
7. 1202 AD – Genghis Khan united Mongol tribes
8. 1260 AD - Kublai Khan becomes Mongol leader
9. 1278 AD – The Mongols take over China
10. 1299 AD – Ottoman Empire founded under the rule of Osman I
11. 1347 AD – Black Death hits Europe
12. 1492 AD – Christopher Columbus Reaches the Americas
It is beyond question the Chickamauga existed as part of the Ceremonial Mound Complex and Religious Cult. We are Mound Builders. Our existence is traced back to the Mounds on the Mississippi River, Arkansas River, Tennessee River, Ohio River, Savannah River, Holston River, as well as the Cumberland River and many other locations.
The National Executive Chiefs and some additional researchers have now proven with 100% academically verified accuracy that the most accepted and published “history of the Chickamauga” is a white-washed and red-washed fabrication which is in no way related to actual facts and proof.
Therefore: We proclaim boldly with one voice, We are Tiscamogee, We are Chickamauga, We Stood Then and We Stand Now. We Stand and shall present the true facts of our history to the President of the United States, the Secretary of the Interior, and Senate and House. We will be placed on the Serviced Tribes Roll.
