The Documents from the National Registry are conclusive in determining if the Indian Removal of 1830 was Voluntary or Forced.

The Documents of the National Registry have not been whitewashed or redwashed. The National Registry is the repository of our history and Federal Recognition, not the Department of Interior, BIA or OFA.

Secretary of Interior Deb Haaland

You have the statutory authority and mandate to make things right between the United States and The Chickamauga Nation, will you have the courage to place us on List of Tribal entities recognized by and eligible for funding and services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) by virtue  of their status as Indian Tribes.

‍
