The Chickamauga Nation Pre-Paid for the Recognition and Services Being Denied by the United States of America

The Chickamauga Nation

February 10, 2025
/
Congress and Senate

The Chickamauga Nation pre-paid for recognition and services through the genocide and ethnic cleansing committed against them by the United States and its allies.

The Chickamauga Nation pre-paid for recognition and services by co-signing over 16 treaties with the United States.  The Chickamauga Nation pre-paid for recognition and services when the United States moved Ancient Boundary Makers and took Chickamauga land without permission.  The Chickamauga Nation pre-paid for recognition and services when “settlers” (illegal immigrant squatters) were allowed to steal Chickamauga Lands by the United States.  The Chickamauga Nation pre-paid for recognition and services when the militias and military of the United States and its colonies raided Chickamauga villages, killed the men, took the women and children as captive slaves, took food crops and burned down houses and orchards.

The Chickamauga Nation pre-paid by Treaty to have the right to go to Congress and be heard by the House and Senate of the United States but the Chickamauga are being denied these Treaty Rights by the Congress of the United States.  The Chickamauga Nation pre-paid for the House and Senate of the United States to correct this wrong but the United States would rather deny the Chickamauga than live up to their fiduciary responsibilities.  The Chickamauga pre-paid for the Secretary of Interior, in accordance with the Statutes and Codes of the United States, to legally place the Chickamauga on the List of Indian Entities Recognized by and Eligible to Receive Services From the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs by Virtue of their Status as Indian Tribes so why is the Secretary of Interior of the United States denying recognition and services to The Chickamauga Nation?

The Chickamauga Nation is not asking for something for free.  The Chickamauga Nation already pre-paid to be on the List of Indian Entities Recognized by and Eligible to Receive Services From the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs by Virtue of their Status as Indian Tribes.

The Chickamauga Nation has already pre-paid for recognition and services and they are NOT going away. The Chickamauga Nation has already pre-paid and will be placed on the List of Indian Entities Recognized by and Eligible to Receive Services From the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs by Virtue of their Status as Indian Tribes.

The Chickamauga Nation has already pre-paid so it is time for the Congress and Secretary of Interior to correct the evils and wrongs committed against The Chickamauga Nation and place them on the List of Indian Entities Recognized by and Eligible to Receive Services From the United States Bureau of Indian Affairs by Virtue of their Status as Indian Tribes.
