Smith; Daryl Legg; Joshua Sam; Codey Poindexter; Mike Shambaugh; Melvina Shotpouch; Victoria Vasquez; Dora Patzkowski; Joe Deere; Kevin Easley Jr; Danny Callison; Julia Coates; and Johnny Kidwell will celebrate Genocide, Murder, Stealing, Lying, Covetousness, violations of national and international law, violations of the Constitution of the United States, violations of Human Rights, and violations of the Laws of Nature as they celebrate the unlawful 1839 Act of Union.
Today, they celebrate the committing of GENOCIDE by MURDERING the lawful leaders of the government of the Chickamauga (Western Cherokee and Old Settler Cherokee) leadership, the Stealing by a COUP de TAUT, the Government, and Lands (14,375,000 Acres granted to the Chickamauga in a Land Patent), LYING that John Ross was responsible for the MURDERS, CONVETOUSNESS in wanting and taking the land of others, violations of NATIONAL and INTERNATIONAL LAW by killing the rightful leadership of a sitting Government, VIOLATIONS of the CONSTITUTION of the United States by taking the TREATY RIGHTS assigned to the Chickamauga (Western Cherokee and Old Settler Cherokee), VIOLATIONS OF HUMAN RIGHTS in the unlawful MURDER of the leadership of a sitting government and depriving their Citizens of their duly elected leadership, VIOLATIONS OF THE LAWS of NATURE by committing a COUP de TAUT against a sovereign nation when they celebrate the unlawful Act of Union.
They take this day to celebrate GENOCIDE when the Military leader at Fort Gibson repudiated John Ross and his people for their actions and made it clear that the Chickamauga (Western Cherokee and Old Settler Cherokee) were the true government of the Cherokee Nation in Indian Territory. They celebrate GENOCIDE when the Indian Agent Major Stokes openly testified before Congress that the Chickamauga (Western Cherokee and Old Settler Cherokee) were the only government that he would recognize.
Today, they celebrate GENOCIDE when John Ross had his 500-strong hired gunmen mercenaries to protect him and the elections at gunpoint, threatening retaliation for those not confessing their sins for supporting the Chickamauga (Western Cherokee and Old Settler Cherokee) government.
The Congress of the United States has never ratified the Act of Union and the Chiefs of the Chickamauga (Western Cherokee and Old Settler Cherokee) repudiated the Act of Union.
Today they celebrate GENOCIDE when just three years ago their CEO called the Chickamauga the enemy of the Cherokee People.
