Seditious

‍

John Ross & the United States incited an insurrection against the lawful authority of the recognized government of the Old Settler Chickamauga.

‍

This was done by the appointed, not elected, James Miller by President James Monroe in 1819.

“As long as the water flows, or grass grows upon the Earth, or the sun rises to show your pathway or you kindle your camp fires, so long you be protected, and never again remove from your present habitation.”

So, Gov. James Miller went to the Alleghany Arsenal, Pittsburg, PA, and received 400 stands of US model 54 cal. common rifles, 40,000 rounds, 50 pistols, 299 cavalry saddles and three walled tents.

These were used at the Lost Prairie Raid by the Arkansas Territory Militia without authority by Congress or the President of the United States in 1820.

Now doubt can be cast upon the oath from the President which represents the United States supporting insurrection of an Authorized Government damages the credibility of the Constitution and the stability of the United States.

Due to the lack of confidence, you are dismissed from Leadership and Authority so believed by you. Your lack of action and compassion is the failure of America. Are we the Documented & Recognized Government to forgive you? You continue with expected rage and hate. So the quintessential question is, do people trust you?

King pledges, Presidential promises and broken treaties are problematic to trust.
