In the Times of the Great Injustice

The Chickamauga Nation

February 10, 2025
/
Congress and Senate

In the times of the Great Injustice (1750s to present) the Colonial governments of the Untied States committed genocide and ethnic cleansing against the Chickamauga Nation with the assistance of their Indian allies.  These same Indian allies ceased to be Native American Tribes when they were terminated by the Congress of the United States in 1906 and NEVER re-recognized by Congress. They are Incorporations, chartered in the State of Oklahoma in accordance with 25 U.S.C.  The Chickamauga Nation has never been terminated or been a Chartered Incorporation or 501c3 of any state.

The Chickamauga Nation is a Federally Recognized Indian Tribe (by the Executive and Legislative Branches of the United States government) and never terminated by the Congress of the United States.  Since The Chickamauga Nation is denied by the United States from being placed on the Serviced Tribes Roll the question concerning jeopardy is, "why are Congressionally Terminated Tribes (The Curtis Act of 1896 and 1906) who are not Federally recognized receiving services from the Bureau of Indian Affairs in direct usurpation of the will of Congress?"

In the Times of the Great Injustice the following House Members and Senators could answer these questions, but they refuse to honor Article 12 of 7 Stat. 18 (Nov. 28, 1785) Treaty of Hopewell, and speak with The Chickamauga Nation which in and of itself is in direct contravention of Article 6 Clause 2 of the United States Constitution where it is enumerated that Treaties are the Supreme Law of the Land (Supremacy Clause).  Does this mean Representatives and Senators are intentionally acting in total disregard of the Constitution of the United States of which they are sworn to uphold?
