The History is "CLOSE" in accordance with other historical documents, but the so called "ACT OF UNION" was never legitimized by the Congress.

The "Treaty" Discussed in the last few pages of this Article is actually 9 Stat. 871, it is NOT A TREATY, All 9 Stat laws are COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS.

The Cherokee Nation and the United States broke this COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENT within days of its signing, thus immediatly making 9 Stat. 871 NULL AND VOID
