BIA, Why Is the History of the Chickamauga Not on Your Website?

‍

Why are the Chickamauga NOT listed on the Department of Interior's BIA website as being in the states listed below?  The reconvened National Government of The Chickamauga Nation currently resides in three of the states listed below: Georgia, Tennessee, and Arkansas with Citizens in more than 35 states.  By refusing to document The Chickamauga Nation it is apparent that the Department of Interior and the Bureau of Indian Affairs are continuing the war of genocide and ethnic cleansing started almost 300 years ago by the Colonies, United States and Allied Tribes.

Since 1730, the Chickamauga has trust land in West Virginia, Virginia, Kentucky, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama.  Since the 1790s the Chickamauga has attained trust land in Missouri, Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Texas.

It is more than evident that the United States and Allied Tribes have tried to eradicate the very existence of the Chickamauga from this continent.  We were never terminated as a tribe, never ceased to exist, never relinquished our government, and now we refuse to be victims any longer.

Will the Department of Interior and the BIA please explain why they cannot produce any information about who we are? At the request of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs, we conducted in-depth research of the National Archives between 2019 and today and found over 450,000 pages of research which have been academically verified proving who we are, where we came from, and where we held trust lands.

‍

(C) This document was produced at the request of the Senate Committee on Indian Affairs on July 18, 2019, to document the History, Anthropology, Culture, Religion, and Archaeology of The Chickamauga Nation.
