Absolute, irrefutable proof, that an Act of Congress established the Chickamauga are a historical, separate, and individually distinct Tribe which existed and lived 90 Miles below the cherokee on the Tennessee River.

An Act Establishing the Smithsonian Institution July 1, 1836

Chapter CCLII - An Act to authorize and enable the President to assert and prosecute with effect, claim of the United State to the legacy bequeathed to them by James Smithson, late of London, deceased, to found at Washington, under the name of the Smithsonian Institution, an establishment for the increase and diffusion of knowledge among them.

This act provided the monies and authority to have the following book commissioned for the Smithsonian Institution in accordance with the will of the Congress and President of the United States. This Act of commissioning by the Congress and the President for the specific Biography and History of the Indians of North America, is explicit proof the Congress and President acting as officials of the United States, so authorized and commissioned a work as a history of the Indians, and is therefore sufficient for the PROOF that the Chickamauga are Federally Recognized by the United States, her Agencies, Departments, and States.

A published Copy of the Commissioned Book, in accordance with the Commissioning for the Smithsonian Institution was filed with the Clerk's Office of the District Court of Massachusetts which completed the contractual obligation to acquire the information and publish the information as commissioned.
